Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative staff, cultivating a productive and motivated team.
  • Ensure seamless office operations by managing scheduling, patient flow, and communications.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or work experience.
  • 3 + years of healthcare office management experience, with expertise in insurance and billing.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing systems (ICD-10, CPT coding), and insurance processes.
