Overview of the Customer Service Lead role:
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
  • Follow up with customers on pending orders and missing information
  • Standardize customer service procedures
  • Answer questions, mentor, and delegate tasks to three customer service representatives
  • Ensure accurate pricing and quantity data is maintained in the database
Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Lead:
  • Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory position in customer service
  • Tech-savvy, picks up new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to make phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Excellent attention to detail

This position is fully onsite in Warsaw, Indiana. The annual salary range is $41,600 to $45,760.
