- CFS is working with a growing manufacturer to identify a Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Service team!

- Communicate with customers via phone and email, respond promptly and professionally, keep customers informed on order status, any backorders or issues with POs, and upcoming new products
- Communicate with production, accounting, and logistics personnel to keep customers informed on their status of their orders and ensure customers are invoiced accurately
- Maintain documentation of customer requirements and shipping information, as well as any customer returns or credits
- Ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication from initial ordering to final delivery
- Minimum three years of customer service experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel (sum and sort functions)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics will be highly valued!
- Excellent data entry, communication, relationship-building, and organization skills
- Positive and friendly demeanor on the phone
- Willingness to search and find solutions for customers, comfortable diffusing situations with upset customers

The Customer Service Representative role is 100% onsite in South Bend, Indiana.
The annual salary for this role is $39,520.00.
