Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Female-run, full-service boutique family law firm.

We are seeking an experienced family law attorney to join our team in an of counsel capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal and emotional situations.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients throughout all stages of their cases
• Draft pre/post-marital agreements
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality service for all clients
• Stay current with California family law developments and best practices

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law in California
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Bonus for mediation training/experience
