Our client is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. As the only AR professional in the department, you will be responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable, including billing and collections. Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Independently manage the entire accounts receivable process, including billing, invoicing, and payment processing
• Handle collections by engaging with clients to ensure timely payments and resolving discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records are maintained
• Prepare and analyze AR reports, providing insights and recommendations to the management team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting procedures and policies
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and service

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Extensive experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections
• Ability to take full ownership of AR functions with minimal supervision
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Outstanding communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration
