ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and analyzes monthly financial and statistical reports.
Designs and prepares statistical reports on timekeepers for annual compensation evaluation.
Assists in design and implementation of financial reports for the monitoring of performance by cost center, practice group, office, etc.
Assists in the development and design of dashboards.
Develops the links into the relational database to make all reporting available on a real-time basis, enhancing current reporting tools for efficiency.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement.
Maintain a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
Three plus years of work-related experience. Experience in legal a plus.
Minimum of three years SQL experience preferred.
Knowledge of the following software applications: Business Objects, Access, Iridium, Excel, Crystal Report and PowerPoint.
Pro-active, inquisitive and analytical problem solver able to exercise independent judgment with the ability to recommend improvements in areas of responsibility.
