Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst Manufacturing/Inventory for a contract with our client in St. Paul, MN. Job Description: The ERP Business Analyst is a member of the implementation team and aligns with manufacturing/inventory. They will work with Application Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, and Process Owners as they support cutover and hypercare. Following the project, the role will work closely with the business on enhancement and support activities across the D365 environment. While in Hypercare, resource will be on plant floor and provide the MS Dynamics 365 specific support and work side by side with plant resources in addition to functional plant consultants. Key Responsibilities: Training on new ERP system and related software Learn new ERP system from familiarization training provided by implementation partner. Assist training of key users during testing phases; assist key users training of end users in the countdown to cutover. Support cutover by providing front line support of key users and end users. Setup additional training sessions for employees. Identify the personnel and modify the training session to the employee needs. Ongoing Role Business analysis activities as defined on the project Level 2 support for the D365 environment for end users Perform and/or coordinate configuration and development work on future D365 initiatives Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology/Engineering/Accounting or equivalent experience 3-5 years experience as a mix of: Manufacturing, purchasing, or supply chain business role. ERP support or implementation (order to cash, procure to pay, or inventory control). Special consideration for experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Experience working with a user community on training and documentation. Hard Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Microsoft Teams/Zoom or other meeting scheduling/collaboration tool Strong knowledge of finance related business processes Strong math and analytical skills Soft Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage smaller projects Ability to formulate and execute detail plans for problem-solving Effective time management; maximizes productivity Ability to collaborate with team members to produce high performance results Strong sense of urgency Physical Requirements Those typical of standard office conditions. Position requires frequent use of vision, hearing, and speaking abilities. Light lifting up to 30 lbs. is occasionally required. Must be able to walk, stand or sit for extended periods. Working Conditions Potential Hazards Those typical of standard office conditions. Must be willing to adjust schedule to accommodate positions demands. There is a travel schedule. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $80.00-$90.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
