We are innovative, creative, and continuously improving. Job Description:Our Behavioral Health employs community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of Psychiatrists. As key mental health professionals, the Psychiatrist will prescribe, direct, and administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. He/She will collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to discuss care plans and progress in collaborative team approach model. Precepting and teaching available!Experience and Skills:MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of accredited residency program in psychiatryBoard CertifiedValid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS, medicaid number At least 2 years of experience in previous mental health setting, outpatient clinic, or hospital Understanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferredAnnual salary from $275,000 to $350,000 per yearBenefits:At Urban Health Plan, we value our team and foster a positive, fun work environment!
