Job DetailsResponsibilities:
As a Permanent Immigration Attorney, you will be expected to:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on various immigration matters, including visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, deportation issues, and employment for non-citizens.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials related to immigration.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, appeals, and contracts.
- Conduct thorough and detailed research on immigration law and stay updated on any changes or updates to the law.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Immigration Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law.
- Profound knowledge of U.S. immigration law and procedures.
