Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical aspects of our construction projects. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical services. This position is perfect for a motivated professional who has a strong background in construction management and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all electrical aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
• Communicate directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling.
• Prepare project status reports and work to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality electrical services.
• Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical safety standards.
• Review and approve contractor's invoices for the work carried out.
• Lead and manage the project team in achieving all project objectives and goals.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
• Address and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Attend project meetings and present detailed reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in electrical project management.
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and design electrical systems.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
