What does a successful Director, Product Marketing, Clover do at Fiserv?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product Marketing to join the Clover team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of Clover’s product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality activations that drive awareness, consideration, purchase and loyalty.
What you will do:
Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Clover's portfolio of products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and launch innovative product features.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future product decisions and improvements.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree.
7+ years of channel marketing strategies, with experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing methods.
B2B & B2C experience.
Experience in the payment processing landscape.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary.
What would be great to have:
MBA or master’s degree.
Financial Service Experience.
Proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional leadership skills to inspire a direct and cross-functional team.
Salary Range:
$90,000.00 - $160,800.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
