Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to engage in complex legal matters, work with top-tier professionals, and contribute to our commitment to justice and excellence in legal services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Wage and Federal law. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:

  1. Handle a variety of legal matters primarily focusing on Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Wage, and Federal law.
  2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and court proceedings.
  3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  4. Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
  5. Provide legal counsel to clients on their rights and obligations, ensuring they are fully informed and protected.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position will have the following qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a focus on Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Wage, and Federal law.
  3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  4. Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
  5. Proven ability to represent clients in court and before government agencies.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and provide accurate legal advice.
  7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, understandable language.
