Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying new business opportunities and markets in the finance and real estate sector.
  2. Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with key industry partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  4. Conducting outreach and cold calling to generate new leads and prospects.
  5. Overseeing the expansion of our business into new territories and sectors.
  6. Managing and mentoring a team of business development professionals.
  7. Regularly networking within the industry to establish brand presence and market dominance.
  8. Negotiating and closing high-value deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  9. Utilizing market research to inform business development strategies and initiatives.
  10. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development activities with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Proven experience in formulating new relationships and helping with expansion using various business development tactics.
  3. Extensive knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in multifamily projects.
  4. Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  5. Experience in cold calling and outreach activities.
  6. Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and markets.
  7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  8. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
  9. Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
