Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect with expertise in Change Management to join our dynamic team. This key role will be responsible for configuring and optimizing an out-of-the-box ServiceNow system to support the implementation of new enterprise Change Management processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ITIL Change Management best practices and extensive experience configuring the Change Management portion of ServiceNow to support newly defined enterprise Change Management processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architecture of ServiceNow Change Management solutions.
  • Implement best practices for Change Management processes and workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Change Management module, including approval processes, notifications, and reporting.
  • Perform system integrations with other ITSM tools and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new features and functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices to ensure optimal performance and utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Change Management.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM modules.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and Change Management best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP) and API usage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
