Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer (Contract to Hire)

Location: Candidates must be local to Mesa AZ to come onsite as needed
Duration: 1 Year with possible extension

Hours: 8:00 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST

Job Description :

Summary:

As a Staff Full Stack Developer at Client, you will join a dynamic team of IT/OT professionals dedicated to supporting manufacturing operations through robust web and backend application development.

Your primary role will involve developing and maintaining web applications using ReactJS, managing backend services with .NET, and ensuring seamless integration with data systems.

Your technical expertise will play a critical role in driving project success and improving operational efficiency across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ReactJS web applications that consume REST APIs, focusing on user interface development and performance.
  • Work on backend development using .NET Web API and .NET Core, integrating with databases and authentication systems.
  • Participate in UI and API project collaborations, providing development expertise and supporting team members.
  • Design and maintain automated testing frameworks, adhering to TDD methodologies and enhancing CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Manage GitHub repositories, maintaining best practices in code versioning and deployment.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and DBAs to optimize backend systems and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, manufacturing processes, and ensure effective implementation of software solutions.
  • Participate actively in project discussions, adapting to different time zones to ensure global collaboration.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional, scalable code, maintaining clarity in communication and project alignment.
  • Agile development using Jira to address new feature requirement tickets and support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot web applications to identify root cause issues
  • Plan release schedules and communication with the business

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, front-end development technologies .NET technologies, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong experience with automated testing frameworks, GitHub, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions.
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills, with the ability to work flexibly across different time zones.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Agile Experience minimum of 2 years
  • Proficient in ReactJS, Redux, and
  • Experienced in .NET Web API, .NET Core, and backend development technologies
  • Skilled in SQL querying and development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Siemens Camstar MES is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and data integration in an operational setting.
  • Case Management Experience 3 years
  • Agile development experience
  • Proficient in GitHub and CI/CD best practices
