The Sr. Learning Solutions Architect will design and manage global learning programs that deliver engaging experiences while ensuring compliance and a robust risk framework. Successful candidates will adeptly navigate ambiguity and prioritize innovative solutions that align business needs with regulatory requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.This role requires onsite presence, can be based out of Austin, TX or Fremont, CA.

Responsibilities

Design and manage the complete Learning and Development lifecycle: needs analysis, assessments, content creation, delivery, tracking, and reportingImplement technology and tools to enhance Learning, Development, and Performance processes, such as onboarding and leadership developmentCreate strategies for collaboration with IT and learning teams to align and prioritize learning solutions in product developmentDevelop and maintain engaging in-person and virtual learning solutions that support our learning culture and enhance the learner experienceSimplify and automate processes to improve efficiency, reducing manual tasks like check-ins and attendance trackingOversee mandatory learning for employees throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to offboardingWork with HR leaders to create learning roadmaps and produce monthly/quarterly updates on learning initiatives for all US audiencesRequirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Human Resources, organizational development, non-profits, or business-related fieldContemporary knowledge of learning methods and technology to develop and build learning solutionsDemonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships, influence outcomes and translate intent into learning solutionsAdept at proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning, exchange knowledge and elicit beneficial outcomesAdaptability, flexibility and preparedness to work in a dynamic environment responding to emerging risks, project challenges and achieve deadlines. Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making5+ years' work experience (HR, OD, L&D)Proven track record of building relationships with and influencing stakeholders and cross-functional teamsCompensation and BenefitsBenefits
