Tesla has a terrific opportunity for a skilled Document Controls Specialist to join our Factory Infrastructure Engineering team in Texas. This position will provide a high level of customer service to Tesla staff, vendors, business partners and guests while at times, being the client interface.
Responsibilities
Design change management coordinationImprove on data tracking tools and organizationEnsure proper hand-off from scoping to design to constructionConstruction Documentation/Administration Phases tasks include file sharing, print coordination, logging RFIs & submittals, QA/QC documents stamping and coordinationRequirements
5-7 years of Document Control experience in architecture, design, or construction, with a Bachelor's in Construction Management or equivalent relevant experienceSuperior verbal and written communication skillsMust be highly organized with a strong attention to detailIntermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proficiency in Bluebeam, Aconex, and MS Azure DevOps strongly preferredAbility to work with minimal guidance; Proactive, motivated self-starterFlexibility and proven ability to handle and manage frequent changes effectively and efficientlyCompensation and BenefitsBenefits
