Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, implement effective recruitment strategies, and contribute to the growth and success of our diverse teams. The objective of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber talent that aligns with the company's values and objectives. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will actively contribute to building a talented workforce, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting the overall strategic goals of Fair Trade Outsourcing.
R esponsibilities: Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions. Provide guidance on market trends, salary ranges, and candidate availability to inform recruitment strategies. Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Effectively communicate the company's values, culture, and opportunities to prospective candidates. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill metrics. Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance. Implement fair and unbiased hiring practices, promoting diversity and inclusion. Preparing the government numbers before endorsing to Onboarding Requirements and Skills:
1- 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and industry trends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within specified timelines. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
