ASSESSMENT FACTORSConcise and rapid organization, synthesis, assessment, and presentation of complex network analyses orally and in graphic or written formats while preserving data for historical and comparative analysis.Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. authorities regarding actions to support the degradation, disruption, and defeat of hostile networks; advising and assisting key stakeholders in implementing supporting solutions and mentoring junior analysts in U.S. authorities.In-depth understanding of entity, country, and regional network developments and targets of opportunity; key contributor during network builds.Subject matter expert in performing complex intelligence analysis of WMD procurement and proliferation networks using the commercial shipping industry to acquire technology from foreign suppliers to support adversary nuclear, chemical, biological, and WMD delivery system programs.Extensive knowledge of U.S. and foreign partner WMD nonproliferation policy, export controls, and economic sanctions.
