ASSESSMENT FACTORSDemonstrates strong oral and written communication skills to compose and to deliver responses to moderately complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner.Applies decision making techniques in complex situations to include anticipating and recognizing best practices and choosing options to maximize benefits to the office, directorate, or Agency.Builds and develops broad professional working relationships, within and outside of immediate work area, in support of office functions and DIA initiatives.Provides advice, guidance, and support in the pre-case development, case development, and case execution and closure phases of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process.Demonstrated experience providing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support during all phases of the acquisition life cycle.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLSSecurity Cooperation Workforce (SCW) Basic-level certification.Knowledge of and/or experience with the policies, concepts, guidance, procedures, techniques, and methodologies pertaining to Foreign Military Sales (FMS).Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies related to foreign disclosure and the international transfers of dual-use and defense-related technology, articles, and services.
