HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLSSecurity Cooperation Workforce (SCW) Basic-level certification.Knowledge of and/or experience with the policies, concepts, guidance, procedures, techniques, and methodologies pertaining to Foreign Military Sales (FMS).Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies related to foreign disclosure and the international transfers of dual-use and defense-related technology, articles, and services.
