Overview of the role: Interim Controller

• The Controller is responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting, and reporting activities for the organization.
• Completion of month-end and year-end financial closing as well as account reconciliations.
• Manage and review payroll for approximately 34 employees.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.
• Make recommendations to management for improvement of company policies, procedures, and practices.

Preferred Qualifications: Interim Controller

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
• Team player with excellent communications skills and relationship building skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Ability to work independently while keeping organized, attention to detail, and managing deadlines
