Optical Technician

Details/Scope of the project: Possess knowledge of computers, electronics, optics, and lasers, including laser safety protocols, practices, and procedures. Perform alignment, calibration, testing, characterization, and troubleshooting of opto-mechanical LRUs. Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve technical issues related to instrument performance. Use mechanical dexterity -Possess superb systems troubleshooting, project management and problem analysis skills. Aid in process creation that will enhance operational workflow and provide positive customer impact. Avoid re-inventing the wheel and prefer appropriately simple, repeatable solutions over more complex and failure prone ones. Recognize and adopt best practices in documentation, testing, operational support at scale, and efficient use of resources. Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
