- Provide exceptional nursing care to laboring mothers in a supportive and compassionate environment.- Monitor the health and progress of laboring mothers and their babies.- Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques as required.- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care.- Assist with deliveries and provide post-partum care to new mothers and newborns.- Educate patients and their families about the childbirth process and post-partum care.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing patient needs.
