This includes design and oversite of captives, design, and execution of insurance-linked securities, which includes CAT bonds and evaluation and execution of new lines of coverage and/or addressing the needs of new clients to Revantage. The position will work closely with the regional Risk Management teams in Chicago, London, and Singapore.This position will be based out of Revantage's offices in Dallas, TX.HOW YOU ADD VALUEStructure, execute and operate alternative risk structures, including captives and insurance-linked securities. This includes oversite of legal document execution, as well as quantitative analysis.Key leader in influencing and building out more captive growth that the team is currently facing.Oversee preparation of financial statements and cash management for captives.Effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders, including Blackstone, Revantage and the Portfolio Companies.Prepare quantitative analysis to support alternative risk recommendations.Maintain and lead relationships with brokers and leading markets, as well as peers, to make sure we are seeing the best ideas.Work with regional Insurance Procurement teams to assist with execution and renewals, related to alternative risk solutions.Travels up to 15%.What You Bring To The RoleRequired:Quantitative undergraduate degree, such as math, statistics, engineering, economics or business.Minimum 8-10 years of insurance solutions experience, including captives, and/or insurance-linked securities.Knowledge in Captives and Alternative Risk Transfer.Knowledge across lines of coverage, with emphasis on property insurance.First-class interpersonal skills, including relationship building & maintenance.Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.Excellent communication (verbal & written), numerical, presentation & organizational skills.Strong sense of urgency and ambition.Preferred:MBA or equivalent advanced degree, along with relevant certifications in captive insurance and risk management (e.g., ARM, CPCU, ACI).Perks for YouCompetitive salary, overall compensation, and 401(k)Work-life balance offerings include:Hybrid Work PolicyProductivity Hours - weekly meeting-free work timeSummer FridaysWork From Anywhere MonthIn-house and external learning & development opportunitiesGenerous health insurance and wellness benefitsEEO StatementRevantage is an equal opportunity employer.
