We not only have a track record of successfully completing projects for our clients, but we have also made good use of our skills to benefit the community.Position OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects within specific timeframes and budgets. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationManage project teams, including internal and external stakeholdersMonitor project progress and address issues as they ariseEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the clientCommunicate project status to stakeholders, including regular status updates and progress reportsUp to 25% travel east of Texas (weekdays only, 2-3 days at a time)QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the hospitality industryStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with project management softwareCompensation: $150k - $180k + Bonus DOEBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVisionRetirement PlanFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
