This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members to guarantee successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple commercial HVAC projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.Lead and supervise project teams, including sheet metal workers and other trade professionals.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets.Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.Prepare project documentation and reports for management and clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager for a mechanical subcontractorStrong knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal work.Familiarity with union labor practices and regulations.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.BenefitsVehicleVacation/PTOPaid Parental LeaveMedicalWellness IncentivesDentalVisionFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
