The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of mechanical project management experience, a strong background in HVAC and sheet metal, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations.Conduct regular site visits and inspections.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.Prepared and presented project reports to senior management.Identify and mitigate potential project risks.Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must be based in the San Jose, CA area.Stable work history with a proven track record in project management.Minimum of five years of experience in mechanical project management, particularly in HVAC and sheet metal.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sheet metal work, and mechanical construction.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
