Now Hiring: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IResponsibilities
Maintain accurate medical records for patientsTranscribe medical orders efficientlyAct as a resource for patients, families, and visitorsCoordinate unit operations for safe patient careSchedule tests, appointments, and transportation as neededServe as a liaison for inquiriesPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and minimum one (1) year office relatedexperience.Bilingual (English / Spanish) Preferred
Other Qualifications
:At least twenty-one (21) years of age.Criminal clearances (Act 33 and 34, specific State & child clearances and, if necessary, FBI).Pre-employment drug testing (we do not test for THC levels) and TB testing.Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
