To Apply for this Job Click HereOur client in the North Dallas area is seeking a Project Accountant to join their Project Accounting team!The Project Accountant will have experience in the following:Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain project accounting for a portfolio of construction projectsPrepare and process AIA billings and project contractsTrack project costs and perform job costingManaged progress payments and process invoicesHandle month-end close with GL maintenanceFoster and maintain communications with project managers, and other internal or external relationsRequirements:
1+ years of Project Accounting experience, preferable in Construction IndustryBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field requiredStrong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups, etc.)
