Bachelors in Computer Science, or Associates Degree with 2-3 years of experienceA successful candidate in this position will possess strong soft skills as well as1-3 years in a technical role, support role or relevant experience is idealDescriptionThe position will also participate in or occasionally lead projects to meet the plant's objectives, drive cost reduction efforts and participate in capacity expansion efforts.Assist in the management of the warehouse system, as well as coordinating between planners and ERP application engineers.
Requirements:Assist team of engineers to provide production support and troubleshooting for 24/7 manufacturing operation. Work with production associates, technicians, and engineers to ensure reliable equipment operation via automated control systems and user interfaces.Support process and product optimization/improvement efforts.Some after hours, on-call support may be needed.
Required QualificationsEducationBachelors in Computer Science, or Associates Degree with 2-3 years of experienceDesired SkillsSome knowledge of databases and SQL is strongly desiredHelpdesk experienceMS Windows and Microsoft OfficeExperience in production support in a manufacturing environmentProblem-solving and debugging skills; ability to understand real needs behind operations requestsAdditional InformationNo third party resumes will be acceptedDrug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conductedCTG will consider for employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws.All interested individuals
