.Business Analyst - Finance Experience Required - Long Term Position - 2 years or Longer 3 DAYS WORKING AT WORKSITE ADDRESS - AFTER NA DAYS SCHEDULE WILL BE REVIEWED FOR ADDITIONAL TELEWORK DAYS Support of the fiscal, budgetary, and accountingoperations for AMD. Plans, organizes, develops, maintains, and coordinates thedevelopment and implementation of fiscal operations, processes, policies andprocedures for the MN program. Support development of the annual agency's MN budget and reviews statewide expenditure and spend plan data. Will perform monthly program/project expense analysis and assist with the review and analysis of MN expenditures and budgets. Will be responsible for supporting executive decision making andpresenting the financial aspects of projects to senior management. Requiresunderstanding budgeting and accounting with the ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions. Participate in the development and maintenanceof performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets to promote financialaccountability, and assist in identifying performance improvementopportunities. Provide good customer service to internal team members & externalcustomers, comprehensive analytical skills (Excel, MS Word), being an effectivecommunicator, as well as being self-motivated and showing initiative whileaccomplishing the task at hand.
