Key Technology is part of the Duravant family of companies.POSITION SUMMARY:Coordinates the flow of work within or between departments of Manufacturing to expedite production as needed to meet scheduled equipment shipment dates. Actively works with Engineering, Purchasing and Scheduling to address part shortages to maintain production schedule.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:At all times safety is the top priority while performing any part of your job.Assists Manufacturing with setting priorities as need to meet shipment schedule.Reviews part shortages and works with Scheduling, Purchasing and Engineering to resolve them.Communicate with Project Managers as early in the process as possible when equipment will not ship on time and provide updated shipment date based on available data.Maintain weekly on time shipment database.Complete root cause analysis on late shipment of equipment.Create weekly Production Report by using existing reports and data from the MRP (Material Resource Planning) system.Lead weekly Production Meeting with Project Managers and assign actions items as required.Implement engineering changes as required by Note Changes and/or ECO implementation tasks.Other duties as assigned. Experience working in an MRP (Material Resource Planning) system and/or an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is a must.
