Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Security Specialist with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJThis is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Define the engineering approach within an end-to-end technology stackAlign to a technical domain but acts as contributor to multiple cross functional teamsBe engaged in development and production environments to identify and improve performance/capacity issues within and across technology stacks on an end-to-end basisKey responsibilities of this role include creating and ensuring system design technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standardsProvide and contribute to improvements in solution design, testing and delivery practices
Requirements:
Proficiency in understanding concepts and technologies in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, distributed systems, and scheduling platformsProficiency and/or knowledge of HashiCorp toolsProficiency and/or knowledge of Kerberos, Active DirectoryProficiency and/or knowledge of coding against Rest API, JSON etc..,Proficiency and/or knowledge with middleware such as WebSphere, WebLogic, Apache etc..,Experience with implementing software products or solutions to large and dynamic enterprise companiesAble to code in two or more of the following languages - C#, .Net Framework/ Core, Java, PowerShell/ Unix Shell, Low latency Tuning, Open/Onload
