What You'll Do:

Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Manager to execute our global social media strategy.Lead the development of project timelines, content calendars, and ensure campaigns hit key milestones.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver engaging social content.Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram, WeChat and other emerging platforms).Write clear, compelling, and engaging copy for social media posts that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.Be the go-to person for sharing updates, managing deadlines, and circulating reports.Help optimize our social media tools, stay up to date on the latest trends, and keep our processes efficient.Track the performance of social media content using analytics tools to build reports, provide insights and recommendations for content optimization, best times to publish, and identify other efficiency in support of our content strategy.Ability to support ad hoc and/or priority business announcements with quick turn-around times when necessary.Assist the Sr. Social Media Manager in developing social media best practices, procedural and training documents in support of internal teams.What You'll Bring:

3-5+ years of experience in social media marketing, project management, or agency experience.Bachelor's Degree in Communications or MarketingDeep knowledge of social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and emerging trends.Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams and with external partners.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving corporate environment.Experience in monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to optimize campaigns.B2B experience?
