The ERP Programmer/Analyst will participate in the design, planning and implementation of new or enhancement of existing applications that work with the Infor LX enterprise application to meet the requirements of the manufacturing organization. The ERP Programmer/Analyst plays a critical role in maximizing the value of the ERP system within the organization by ensuring it aligns with business objectives, enhances operational efficiency and supports growth and innovation.

Responsibilities include:

Perform analysis, design, evaluation, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide Infor LX applications across various functional areas.Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Infor LX system to include troubleshooting, applying software updates and patches and ensuring system performance and reliability.Lead efforts to manage and maintain the integrity of the data within the ERP system.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain the security of the ERP system.Actively participate in evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Infor LX enterprise technology stack.Stay updated on the latest developments, updates and best practices related to Infor LX and ERP systems. Provides support for the daily business operations, including LX support across all Formica regions.Resolves daily user requests for support.Works with system owners/users to develop System Requirements.Code, test and debug new or enhance existing programs according to defined requirements.Develops and executes formal testing protocols of business processes.Creates documentation in accordance with current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.Installs vendor supplied software and updates per vendor instructions and SOPs.Executes projects to successful on-time completion with assistance/oversight from IT management.Qualifications:

Working knowledge of INFOR LX (BPCS) or experience in other IBM i INFOR ERP Systems (XA or System21) strongly preferredPossess an understanding of iSeries OS and DB2.Demonstrated competency and programming skills in relevant languages such as RPG LE, RPG Free, and CL (Control Language) for IBM iSeries, JSON, SQL, XML and detailed understanding of LX ERP software. Knowledge of other, open-source languages such as JavaScript and PHP is a plus.Knowledge of integration technologies and techniques to integrate Infor LX with other systems and applications within the organization's IT landscape.Working knowledge of Infor ION is a plus.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner. This may include working with software vendors as needed to obtain information and support.Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team.Must be self-starter, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and ability to meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to train others in the use of technology.Ability to provide technical support on non-standard shifts and weekends to resolve programming issues or project work that would otherwise interfere with production.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
