Job Title: ServiceNow Workspace Delivery Admin/SMELocation: RemoteType: Contract

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Workspace Delivery Admin/SMEThe ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, implementation, and post implementation maintenance of the ServiceNow platform Workspace Service Delivery tool, specifically focusing on the facilities management portion of the productThis role involves ensuring the platform's optimal performance, managing user access, deploying new functionalities, and providing support to end-users

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration:

Install, Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and security as it relates to workspace service delivery

Configuration and Customization:

Configure and customize the Workplace Service Delivery suite not limited to business requirements, including workspace reservations, and indoor mapping

User Management:

Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the ServiceNow platform

Incident and Request Management:

Handle incidents and service requests related to the Workplace Service Delivery suite, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction

Integration and Migration Management:

Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiencyData will have to be migrated from the existing NUVOLO Space management application that runs on service-now

Reporting and Analytics:

Generate and analyze reports on platform usage, performance, and user satisfaction to identify areas for improvement

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to admins, end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform's features and functionalities

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices and implement improvements to enhance the platform's capabilities

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with a focus on Workplace Service Delivery

Skills:Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules

Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Space Optimization: WSD helps optimize the use of office spaces with advanced planning, insights, and reporting tools

Implemented reservation management where Employees can easily reserve workspaces, meeting rooms, and other using web/mobile capabilities

Implementing streamlined request for submitting and fulfilling service requests, such as maintenance, catering, and room configurations

Implementing Interactive Maps and Wayfinding navigation across workplace locations with interactive maps and mobile wayfinding

Utilize employee collaboration with workplace insights and on-site presence visibility

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation

Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript

Migrated

from Nuvolo Facilities Management to Service now strongly preferred.
