We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and business development, with the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage outside sales efforts while fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet performance targets.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team members.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within technology or technical sales environments.

Strong background in business development and outside sales strategies.

Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
