The Center Director will function in both an operational and clinical capacity. The primary responsibilities are to effectively and efficiently run the assigned center, supervise BCBAs and BCBA Interns, provide clinical support to BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, and other clinical staff within their assigned center, and ensure that clients and families are receiving high-quality, effective, assent-based, and ethical clinical services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to each BCBA and BCBA Intern assigned to you in accordance with the following guidelines:Provides onboarding, training, and ongoing support to newly hired BCBAs and BCBA InternsRecruiting, Interviewing for BCBAs, BCBA Interns, and BTs & RBTsInitial Assessments and Supervisory billing for Interns, and BCBAs pending credentialing. May be required to attend and/or review sessions, sign off on notes to ensure caseload requirements are metProvides clinical guidance and mentorship on a daily basisSupervises each client on supervisees caseload as appropriate for proper review of BCBAs treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and other documentationCompletes assigned treatment fidelity and clinical quality checksCompletes probationary and annual reviews for each supervisee w/ action plansProvide assistance and support with clinic operations in accordance with the following guidelines:Assist with maintaining master scheduleAssist with addressing client emergenciesAssists with implementation of company policies and proceduresAssist with staff performance issuesAssists in monitoring the schedule and providing coverage when necessaryMaintain clinical assessment and treatment materialsHelps foster our company culture and a positive work environmentCompletes probationary and annual reviews for superviseesObserve each child’s scheduled therapy hours, with an emphasis on having daily contact with each BCBA and RBTAdminister RBT and BCBA Competency examsMaintain professional behavior and represent company leadershipAdhere to the BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior AnalystsMeet at least weekly with leadership team and/or direct supervisor to discuss concerns and suggestions for improvement, and provide and accept performance feedbackComplete training, certification, and testing requirements as assignedProvide supervision to assigned BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists (BTs) including completion of annual performance appraisals, RBT competence assessments, BACB supervision documentation (if applicable), and any required disciplinary actionOther duties as assignedProvide case management support as needed in accordance with the following guidelines:Conducts intake assessments for patients using AAC curriculumCreates skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs and strategiesParticipates in interdisciplinary collaboration/ meetings with OMs, speech and occupational therapists, providers, and other members of the care team.Analyzes patient data and makes necessary program modificationsModels implementation of treatment for BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTsEvaluates staff performance, provides training, and feedbackCompletes progress reports in accordance with structured deadlinesConducts patient re-assessments when necessaryConducts caregiver training as requiredProvides exemplary leadership through hands-on training and modeling of ethical conductMeet minimum billable requirements based on ‘CD Phases’ with direct report BCBAs also meeting minimum requirements.Any BCBA responsibilities, per ‘BCBA Job Description’Required Qualifications and Skills:

Maintain status as an active BCBA with approval to supervise by completing at least the minimum required Continuing Education requirements (including Supervision CEUs) and recertifying every two yearsAt least 2 years’ experience working as a BCBA (3-5 years preferred)Ability to learn and utilize CentralReach and Catalyst for scheduling and billing, creating authorization and reauthorization reports, creating treatment plans, monitoring data, and monitoring available service hoursPossession of active CAQH portal account with ability to be credentialed as an approved provider with the company’s network of insurance providersPossession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to meet Georgia driving requirements with dependable means of transportationProof of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with FDA guidanceSafety-Care or Safety-Care for Families Specialist Certification or ability to complete training requirements in the first month of employmentCPR/First Aid Certification or ability to complete training requirements in the first month of employmentWorks both independently as well as part of a teamEmpathetic and supportive with leadership team, staff, clients, and familiesWork Environment and Physical Demands:

Ability to stand and move around, get up and down from the floor or a chair, and otherwise able to play with a child for several hours at a time.Ability to see for purposes of reading laws and codes, rules and policies, and other printed matter and observing studentsAbility to hear and understand speech at normal speech levels, in the English languageAbility to communicate so others will be able to clearly understand normal conversationAbility to lift and carry up to 25 poundsAbility to tolerate moderate to high stress levelsAbility to utilize Safety-Care Training when interacting with individuals that may be displaying physically aggressive, self-injurious, or socially inappropriate behaviorRequirements
