Marketing Automation Specialist
to join our team on-site in our
Waltham, MA headquarters.
This position will be responsible for disseminating marketing content to prospective buyers and influencers through the use of marketing automation tools, social media platforms, salesforce automation tools, and other tools that may be available. Content can include brochures, newsletters, website content, direct mail, advertising, and publications, as well as other marketing collateral. In addition to marketing department projects, the Marketing Automation Specialist will assist other corporate departments in assuring the accurate generation and delivery of marketing content.More specific
responsibilities
include:Responsible as primary resource for Nova’s marketing automation platforms including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE, formerly Pardot), and associated connection to Salesforce.com and webinar production platforms.Aid in developing marketing materials for all company market segments, to reflect approved marketing messages as defined by leadership.Assist marketing team members in efficient communications and provide input for improvements.Interact with the Design Services department to integrate content with design.Assist Design Services with the development of HTML materials where needed. Utilize HTML programming skills to generate landing pages, emails, banner ads, and other needed marketing materials.Design and implement MCAE email projects and campaigns in consultation with marketing leadership.Execute A/B tests to optimize email opens, clicks, and conversions.Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of Nova’s online engagement campaigns, with the aim of boosting engagement and conversions and optimizing lead generation.Devise and execute digital and social media strategies for campaigns, events, and conferences.Support the marketing team in monitoring challenges and opportunities, taking the initiative and working with the relevant departments to address these as needed.Work within departmental process to maintain accurate and organized outputs.Ongoing training of International Marketing Specialists on salesforce automation and webinar applications and monitoring of their performance.Qualifications :Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, science, or medical related field.3+ years of experience, including applicable internships.Experience with marketing automation and webinar production platforms. Certified SalesForce.com Administrator and MCAE/Pardot Specialist is strongly preferred.Proficiency with MS Office.Able to program HTML and social media skills are a plus.Education/Experience:Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, science, or medical related field.Experience with a company or healthcare facility working in marketing or selling in the healthcare arena is desirable.Experience with social media is a plus.At Nova Biomedical, we practice our core values of mutual respect, honesty, and integrity throughout the company.
