You will develop Adobe’s ICX go to market strategy, and be accountable for growing Gross New ARR and customer LTV for the consumer and SMB segments. You will serve as the main PMM point of contact, and also lead cross-functional projects in partnership with our PMM, Marketing, Finance, and CX teams to accelerate our top-line and drive customer loyalty. Your work addresses complex problems ranging from supercharging direct sales to nurturing new customer experiences. You will work collaboratively to gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, independently lead problem-solving, develop and package recommendations for presentation to management, drive and support execution and manage a broad set of x-functional partners. You will have a strong perspective on customer data and business trends that translate into impactful recommendations and actions. This role is highly cross functional, to ensure both strategy and execution is aligned, prioritized, and in motion.What You'll Do
Define the ICX motion strategy that will scale our customer experience impact globallyPartner with marketing, product management, adobe.com and regional sales teams to drive alignment on CX and sales strategiesAbility to craft clear, compelling recommendations to prioritize opportunities, supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate themInspire change across the organization and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, project management and execution) to do it what it takes to “move the needle”What You’ll Need to Succeed
5+ years business strategy, sales operations or management consultingTrack record of building and implementing go-to-market strategies to deliver excellent results, even in a challenging and ever-changing environmentStrong understanding of sales and the relevant sales channels (Direct, Channel, Digital)Experience working across matrixed organizations to achieve common goals, initiatives & drive growth.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, highly eloquent, makes arguments in a compelling manner.Experience working with data, with an ability to turn data into insights effectivelySelf-starter who wants to own and deliver the outcomeOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,100 -- $239,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
