The Director, Strategy Advancement requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.Role DescriptionHumana's Office of Health Equity and Social Impact (HESI) seeks a dynamic individual to serve in the role of Director of Enterprise Solutions and Transformation that will execute strategy to build health equity capacity for associates and clinicians across the enterprise. We are looking for driven, innovative, and collaborative individuals who are committed to creating sustained system change to provide equitable healthcare for all.HESI is seeking a Director of Enterprise Solutions and Transformation to provide strategic thought leadership; lead end-to-end program design and implementation for health equity efforts; and cultivate enterprise relationships to identify and address internal customer business needs.Use your skills to make an impactThe Director of Enterprise Solutions and Transformation will:Build enterprise health equity associate programming and resources

Creates a strategy and roadmap to address evolving associate/clinician health equity learning/training needsHosts and facilitates enterprise programming during annual observances of National Minority Health Month and Health Literacy MonthCreates an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engages the learner, and produces the desired outcomesLaunch enterprise associate and clinician resources, including computer-based modules, best practice guidelines, onboarding overviews and other resources as identified/neededGuides project and program implementation efforts and manages change to assure expected results are achieved

Identify health equity evidence-based innovations and best practices to build enterprise capacity and create long-term solutions

Sources emerging literature around health equity innovations to adapt in both insurance and clinical settings at HumanaScopes evidence-based best practices on identified health equity drivers, including organizational health literacy, digital health literacy and cultural humility/implicit biasBrings expertise or identifies industry and academic subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations to test emerging health equity solutions for payors

Test and hardwire health equity solutions in collaboration with internal business partners

Collaborate with internal business partners and leaders to develop and implement processes and procedures that contribute to an equitable healthcare ecosystemDesigns and manages implementations of test and learns based on identified opportunities/problems to solve in collaboration with internal business partnersTracks outcomes, best practices and lessons learned based on test and learns in relation to defined health equity metrics and business objectives

Required Qualifications:Bachelor degree in public health, business administration or other related course of studyExperience managing high profile partnerships through authority and influenceExperience growing, nurturing, developing and coaching to create an environment conducive to engagement, personal growth and high performance all while embodying the company valuesExperience cross collaborating with executive leaders and professionalsAbility to promote collaboration among inter-dependent functions as a fundamental tenet of the Humana culture, and critical to the success of our business strategyExperience managing end-to-end processesExperience with the development, execution, and implementation of strategic plansExtensive knowledge in adult learning theory, clinical transformation, practice facilitation and process/quality improvementStrong problem solving skills, flexibility and the ability to work effectively on an inter-disciplinary teamStrong verbal and written communication, including presentationsHigh emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship acumenPreferred Qualifications:Masters degree in public health, business administration, public administration or other related course of studyAuthorship of publications in academic journalsExperience applying adult learning theory to create interactive training curriculum, workshops and learning events (in-person and online formats), including developing super user and master training cohortsScheduled Weekly Hours:40Pay Range:The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $164,700 - $226,600 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
