Business Analyst

A client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong work ethic and growth mindset. The candidate will be providing Project support to the executive leadership and external customers/stakeholders for the business. This candidate will be tasked to build relationships and work in partnership with sister companies, and third-party providers utilized by this customer. This BA will be accountable for managing and delivering support requests, enhancements, and projects for assigned Business Unit / Products. This includes the planning, troubleshooting, facilitation of problem solving, and communicating of a variety of requests, incidents, and problems independently within multiple areas, collaborate with external and internal customers and vendors to analyze business needs and work with teams on solutions, cross-training to learn applications across the assigned Business Unit application portfolio.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE4-5+ years as an Experienced Business Analyst with strong professional experience as a BA in an enterprise settingStrong support analyst experience as a BA and experience troubleshooting applications assigned to them (this role will be 70% Support/ 30% Project based)Experience gathering requirements and interacting the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needsExperience working in a Scrum AND Waterfall environment (or understanding of what makes them different)Experience Jira, confluence, OR Azure DevOps Boards (ADO)Proven accountability, drive and growth mindset is critical for success in this role
