The Plaza at Moanalua has an opportunity for a Full Time Administrative Assistant that will assist with the Sales and the Business Office teams.

Hours: 830a-5p

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Business Office teams. They are ultimately responsible for Accounting: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident admission/transfer/discharge processing. Additionally, this individual will continue to provide concierge assistance for residents, families, visitors and team members.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Processes monthly billing statements, prepares monthly invoice and distribution, deposits, ACH processing, AR adjustments, managing and processing account payable invoices; Mentors, coaches, and trains concierge team members, schedules and assigns concierge personnel work assignments/working hours and PTO to maintain quality service; Provides or schedules relief to staff as needed (e.g. staff call outs); Coordinates and assists with necessary admission forms and paperwork (i.e. History and Admission Orders from the physician, resident's charts, and resident's business office files; Routes completed paperwork appropriately and updates resident profile on Point Click Care accordingly. Assists in coordinating in-house transfers, move-in, move-out, and readmissions; Assists other departments with day-to-day operations as needed

Starting salary is $18 per hour
