A client is seeking a Lead Support Tech in Franklin, TN. Candidates will be responsible for providing support services for over 3,300 local and remote end-users, including troubleshooting problems and advising on the appropriate action. This role will be responsible for hardware imaging, label creation, and shipping. This is a rotating schedule with 3 days onsite.
