Description

Waterford is looking for a skilled Help Desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems! This role is responsible for all user support services in the IT department and technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software for Waterford.org. If this sounds like you, keep reading!ResponsibilitiesManage, respond to, and escalate help desk tickets as neededDiagnose, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for help desk issuesParticipate in a 24/7 on call rotation for emergency situationsEscalate help desk and on call emergencies to ITProvision computer hardware and accounts for new employeesWrite, review, and follow internal help desk policies in coordination with ITIdentify and suggest possible improvements on proceduresContinuously champion, promote, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusive excellence at Waterford.orgCollaborate on and contribute to organizational DEI efforts and goalsA help desk technician should be familiar with most of the following technologies:

Waterford.org team members are located across the United States and primarily work from home. We anticipate this full time, hourly position will pay $18.00-25.00 per hour depending on the education, experience and skill level of the individual we hire.
