Break Fix, Warranty repair coordinationNew Employee setup / Imaging
Sets up individual users computers on a network. Sets up multiple peripheral devices.
Workstation RefreshAssist with loading software, configuring.Assist with ordering hardware peripherals / software as neededAssist Business initiatives as needed.
Warehouse
Zebra PrintersForklift PrintersScan Guns
Customer Service
Call Center and associated tools and software.Local shared database (on desktop) Legacy/Local appLoad / configure software for team.
Printers
Health MonitoringManaging HP Printer Support and refresh activitiesEnd user print mapping / drivers
Network Infrastructure.
Hands and eyes for corporate server team as needed.Able to troubleshoot / report incidents identify the root cause of network errors and work to prevent recurrence.
Server Infrastructure.
Hands and eyes for Richardson server team as needed.Monitors backs up file server data.Manage print queues
Security
Manage badge access (Partial)
Provides primary interface with vendor support service groups or provides internal analysis and support to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance.May function as lead position providing guidance and training for less experienced technicians.Must have a strong grasp of computer security and policies.Solid analytical interpersonal, customer focus, l and communication skills required.#LI-RM1#LI-Hybrid#LI-HybriQualifications:WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent education and relevant experience will also be considered.Requires at least 2 years of related experience.Familiarity with a wide range of software and hardware diagnostic tools.Demonstrates knowledge of network components, relationships, and configuration.Must be able to resolve network incidents, identify the root cause of network errors, and work to prevent recurrence.Must have a strong grasp of computer security.Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.WHAT WE OFFERAt Lennox, we realize that our greatest assets are our employees.
