We are seeking a highly motivated, results oriented sales professional to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The person in this position must be fluent in Spanish. What you'll do
Prospect and Lead GenerationConduct research to identify potential clients in target marketsUse various tools and strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipelineCold call, email, and use social media to reach out to potential clientsSales Outreach
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage prospectsEffectively communicate the value propositions of our SaaS and fintech productsSchedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clientsRelationship Building
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersUnderstand clients' needs and challenges, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirementsProvide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfactionPipeline Management
Manage and track all sales activities and opportunities using CRM softwareMaintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clientsEnsure a consistent flow of new opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipelinePrepare and present regular sales reports to the sales managerObjection Handling
Identify and address client objections with confidence and professionalismUse strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome hurdles and close dealsAdapt sales strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditionsCompetitive Drive
Demonstrate a strong, competitive spirit and a passion for salesConsistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsThrive on the challenge of converting leads into customers and winning new businessCollaboration
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaignsWork closely with the product development team to stay updated on the latest features and improvementsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processesOur ideal candidate will have:
5-6 years' proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industryStrong understanding of SaaS-based solutions and fintech productsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsA self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficiency with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and SalesloftExceptional pipeline management and organizational skillsAbility to handle objections effectively and close dealsCompetitive, driven, and passionate about salesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFluency in Spanish requiredWhy Procare?

Salary
The annual cash compensation for this role offers an on-target earnings potential of $150,000/year.

This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs.
