What You Will Do...Lead the company's financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processesProvide in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making for senior leadership and key stakeholdersDevelop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate business performancePartner with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product) to drive financial transparency and operational efficiencyBuild and maintain financial modelsCreate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior managementAssist in long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis to support growth initiativesIdentify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvementOur Ideal Candidate Will Have...
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)7+ years' of experience in FP&A, ideally within SaaS, Payments or tech companiesA strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business modelsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelingFamiliarity with financial planning software and ERP systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, etc.)Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable insightsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadershipA proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsWhy Procare?

Salary
$115,000-$140,000/year DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a few days a week.
