Consultant Configuration AnalystThe Consultant Configuration Analyst is a member of the Health Care Operations Organization. This is an exciting role that offers an opportunity to blend your systems analysis, critical thinking, and analytical skills. The Consultant Configuration Analyst is responsible for providing support for client advised projects to ensure that the systems are functioning according to the detailed business requirements. As a member of the Configuration Chapter, the Configuration Analyst serves as configuration expert within their squad on new client implementations, platform migrations and existing client corporate actions and fee for service projects.The Expertise

and SkillsEducationBS or BA RequiredExperience:7-10 years of experience in Health & Welfare Domain is preferred.Ability to evaluate client requirements against Fidelity Health Benefits (FHB) platform functionality and provide configuration design solutions as required.Ability to conduct independent and detailed analysis, problem solving and document findings.Demonstrates excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Highly organized and self-motivatedFlexible, multitasking and work with various members of the team on multiple projects or initiativesAbility to work in a dynamic fast paced environmentUnderstanding of the software development project life cycle processPossess a competence in application/technology experience such as PLSQL, SQL, MS Access.
