RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage, support, and maintain:Vendor Access RequestsAll computer/network components including servers, network equipment, wireless access points, cabling, printers, and work stationsSecurity camera systemsDoor readers and controller systemsPhone systemsAll "Production Floor / Plant Floor Systems"Work with end-users proposing new hardware and software solutionsTest all hardware and software modifications before they are introduced into productionProvide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issuesSeek out opportunities to automate plant processesImplement automated solutions plant-wideCommunicate Plant Systems Outages and NoticesAnalyze software issues, installation, and testing of applications software/patchesProvide on-call support for complex software problems and issuesPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of related experienceProficient in reading and writing ladder logic plc programProficient in graphics packages / HMI interfaceFundamental understanding of VLANsFundamental understanding of Citrix desktop
•Server, Windows 10, Office 2016
•Cisco Network Switch cabling, connectivity, configurations, and troubleshooting
•Phone systems experience desirable, but not required
•MCSE Certification is a plus, but not required
•A+ Certification is a plus, but not required
Skills/Abilities Required:
•Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Must have strong customer support abilities
•Must be willing to work in a plant / industrial environment
•Must be willing to travel as required to support additional plant
